Located outside the market town of Ballymoney in Norther Ireland Sam’s Gym is a second home to many well known strength athletes and bodybuilders in the area.
The Gym is unique as it is aimed only at the most serious strength athlete.
It boasts world class equipment including monolifts, professional benches, bars and more weight than you could wish for. Last year the Gym was expanded to accomodate more kit and a reinforced dead-lift platform.
Our gym has no frills and makes no apologies!
