Power lifting events

Sam’s Gym will be organising and hosting the 2010 GPC British Championships here in Ballymoney in March date TBC.

This will be a professionally run event with competitors from all over UK and Ireland.

We have a confirmed Star Lifter “Andy Bolton” whoi will be attempting a world record in the Deadlift!!
